Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for Eastern Regional truck driving roles. A paid trainee program offers one-on-one mentorship and a clear path to solo status with a structured curriculum in trip planning, safety, hours-of-service, time management, and customer service.

During training, you will receive ongoing coaching, complete inspections, and learn to operate in regional/dedicated lanes. After upgrade, solo pay is $0.55 per mile with bonuses and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license and clean driving record.
• Recent CDL-A graduates welcome to apply.
• Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements and pass background checks.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety rules and mentor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Follow DOT regulations, hours-of-service, and company policies.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers; progress under mentor.
