365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for Eastern Regional truck driver positions. This paid trainee program provides a mentor-guided path to solo status with a structured curriculum covering trip planning, safety, hours of service, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply with no prior OTR experience.
• Must meet DOT qualification and Clearinghouse check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes and schedules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies.
