Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional truck driver trainee program. You will train for four weeks under an experienced mentor, with structured curriculum on trip planning, vehicle operation, and hours-of-service compliance.

After upgrade to solo status, you will drive with a typical weekly mileage around 2,500 miles, earning about $1,375–$1,550 per week. Benefits start day one, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and future pay increases.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• No over-the-road experience required; recent grads encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company policies, including hours-of-service.
