365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional trainer program. Trainees will learn under an experienced mentor with a clear path to solo status, progressing through a structured curriculum and formal milestones.

Initial weeks cover trip planning, hours-of-service compliance, and customer service. After upgrade, solo drivers earn mileage pay with incentives and tuition reimbursement for CDL schooling. Benefits start on day one and include retirement and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A required.
• No prior over-the-road experience needed; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT qualifications.
• Willingness to learn, adhere to safety standards, and demonstrate professional conduct on the road.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes and schedules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain logs.
• Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules.
• Follow mentor instructions during training and demonstrate progressive proficiency for solo status.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel.
