Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for Eastern Regional truck driver positions and a structured, paid trainee program. You will work one-on-one with an experienced mentor and progress toward solo status with a clear curriculum and milestones.

Earn $0.55 per mile after upgrade, with typical weekly miles around 2,500, equating to about $1,375 to $1,550 per week. Sign-on and performance bonuses enhance total compensation, with tuition reimbursement and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• No prior over-the-road experience required; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Must meet DOT qualification requirements and pass background/Clearinghouse checks.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety standards and professional conduct on the road.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes and schedules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain driver logs.
• Comply with DOT regulations, company policies and hours-of-service requirements.
• Follow mentor instructions during training to qualify for solo operations.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers and company personnel.
