Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional truck driver trainee program with mentoring and a clear path to solo status. Trainees follow a structured curriculum, learn trip planning, safety, and customer service while under supervision.

After upgrading to solo, drivers earn $0.55 per mile with typical weekly miles around 2,500. A $1,000 sign-on bonus and $500 at 90 days post-upgrade are offered, plus benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and valid.
• No prior over-the-road experience required; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Able to pass background and Clearinghouse checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and logs.
• Follow DOT regulations and mentor instructions during training.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel.
