365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional trainer-led program. Trainees gain on-the-job experience with a mentor, completing a structured curriculum on trip planning, safety, hours-of-service, time management, and customer service.

After upgrade to solo status, drivers earn $0.55 per mile with typical weekly miles around 2,500, plus bonuses and tuition reimbursement. Opportunities for transfer to dedicated or regional lanes within nine months are available based

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• No prior over-the-road experience needed; recent grads encouraged to apply.
• Must meet DOT qualifications and background checks.
• Strong safety and professional conduct on the road.

Responsabilités

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes and schedules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain driver logs.
• Follow mentor instructions during training and progress to solo status.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel.
