Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional truck driver trainee program. You’ll learn under an experienced mentor with a clear path to solo status, featuring a structured curriculum and paid mentorship over four weeks.

After upgrade, expect solo pay at $0.55 per mile with typical weekly mileage around 2,500 miles (about $1,375–$1,550 per week). Includes sign-on bonus, performance bonuses, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• No prior over-the-road experience needed; recent grads are encouraged.
• Must meet DOT qualification standards and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• adhere to DOT regulations and mentor guidance during training.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and personnel.
