RRD Company is seeking a Sales Development Representative in the United States (East Time Zone) to generate qualified appointments and feed the sales pipeline. You will work with a Sales Executive to qualify leads and hand them off after discovery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales/telemarketing, strong communication skills, and experience with Salesforce. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Charlotte area with a company salary range and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/telemarketing with emphasis on cold calling.
• Associate's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective new clients using proven prospecting techniques.
• Generate interest and set qualified appointments for RRD Sales Executives.
• Identify multiple contact points within targets and position RRD’s value proposition.
