Job summary

AMH is seeking a Regional Vice President (VP) - Land Acquisition responsible for overseeing the Land Acquisition Department. This role entails managing employees to drive land purchasing strategies while ensuring compliance with acquisition policies.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in real estate transactions, including valuation/appraisal and escrow.
• Five years of supervisory experience managing direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of MLS and other real estate tools.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic acquisitions plans and oversee acquisition efforts.
• Lead negotiations on purchase agreements and manage transaction timelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners.
