Allianz Commercial is looking for a professional to maintain and expand their Surety business in the East Region of the United States. You will collaborate with the Regional Surety Manager to execute a strategic business plan and develop profitable broker relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year degree, have at least 2 years of industry experience, and show a dedication to integrating Artificial Intelligence into business processes.

• At least 2 years industry experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge in surety in the U.S.
• Entrepreneurial skills to achieve goals.
• Established record developing business with brokers.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic business plan to expand Surety business.
• Develop and underwrite profitable Surety portfolio.
• Document all decisions and recommendations.
• Conduct account and portfolio underwriting activities.
• Collaborate across Americas and internationally.
• Attend industry groups and local surety events.
