Job summary

gpac is hiring a seasoned Relationship Manager for East Memphis to lead commercial lending relationships. You will originate loans, deposits, and full banking relationships, and manage a portfolio while leveraging a local network of clients and COIs.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6+ years of lending experience, strong credit and financial analysis skills, and a proven ability to grow a book of business through in-person engagement in the East Memphis market.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of commercial lending experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow relationships.
• Strong underwriting, financial analysis, and credit presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship from prospecting through approval and portfolio management.
• Generate commercial loans, deposits, and full banking relationships.
• Expand business through networking, COIs, referrals, and in-person outreach.
• Maintain visibility in the East Memphis market.
