Job summary

Clinigen is seeking an East Coast-based Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the drug development and access continuum.

You will lead end-to-end sales opportunities, collaborate with clinical, medical and study teams, and represent Clinigen at conferences, webinars, and industry events to expand the client network.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in pharmaceutical industry or services.
• Track record of achieving results.
• Experience working as part of a global team.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a strategic 12-month plan across key existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and unlock new opportunities through market intelligence.
• Educate clients and represent Clinigen at conferences, webinars, publications and speaking engagements.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from initial value proposition through to solution delivery.
• Build and strengthen strategic client partnerships by leading negotiations and securing commercial agreements.
• Drive account growth and client retention by aligning with clinical, medical and study teams.
• Enhance collaboration across teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
