Qualifications
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech with sales focus.
- 5+ years track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Hunter mentality with self-driven, independent work style.
Responsibilities
- Originate new business in pharma services with self-sourced logos.
- Develop and execute BD strategy aligned to financial goals.
- Prospect using referrals, cold-calling, and networking to build pipeline.
- Research potential clients and formulate target accounts and plans.
- Present capability and solutions-based offerings to clients and prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and terms while ensuring profitability.
