Clinigen Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive hunter‑style growth in the pharma services space. You will build and own the pipeline, execute BD strategy, and secure net‑new logos through proactive prospecting and strategic client engagement.

You will present Capabilities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with senior Clinigen teams to maximize profitability and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma/biotech with sales focus.
• 5+ years track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Hunter mentality with self-driven, independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Originate new business in pharma services with self-sourced logos.
• Develop and execute BD strategy aligned to financial goals.
• Prospect using referrals, cold-calling, and networking to build pipeline.
• Research potential clients and formulate target accounts and plans.
• Present capability and solutions-based offerings to clients and prospects.
• Negotiate contracts and terms while ensuring profitability.
