Clinigen in the United States is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director with an entrepreneurial hunter mindset to drive client relations and revenue growth across the organization.

You will develop and execute BD strategy, identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships while collaborating with senior Clinigen teams to maximize profitability and service excellence for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Thorough understanding of clinical supplies, marketing, sales and business development.
• Ability to target, sell and develop business at multiple levels within pharma organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategy aligned with divisional financial goals.
• Identify, profile and research potential clients to formulate account plans.
• Understand clients' development strategies and translate into value solutions.
• Utilize networking and CRM to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Deliver capability presentations and coordinate sales meetings with clients.
• Negotiate contracts, budgets and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with senior Clinigen team members to expand networks and manage resources.
• Build long-term client relationships delivering high standards of service.
