Prevueaps is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the East Coast for a high‑performance insulation product line. You will build market presence in HVAC, mechanical insulation, and commercial construction, developing relationships and educating customers on technical solutions to shape market growth.

This role emphasizes technical engagement and specification-driven selling, traveling extensively to develop opportunities and expand our U.S.

Competenze

• 5+ years of successful sales, business development, or specification-sales experience.
• Experience within HVAC, mechanical insulation, commercial construction products, building materials, engineered products, or related technical industry.
• Proven success developing new territories, markets, or product categories.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction sales cycles.
• Experience developing relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors, and key accounts.

• Develop new business throughout the East Coast territory.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Identify and develop key accounts capable of long‑term growth.
