Job summary

Viessmann, part of the Carrier Group, seeks a Sales Representative to drive commercial growth across Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. You will engage engineers, contractors, and distributors to win specifications and manage opportunities from quote to close.

This role requires travel up to 60% in the territory, strong hydronic/heating/HVAC knowledge, and collaboration with field teams and product management to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM field is required or equivalent HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% within territory.
• Experience in commercial HVAC/hydronic systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with engineers in territory to win specifications and make Viessmann the basis of design.
• Quote prospective opportunities and follow the opportunity through to the sale.
• Meet with Mechanical Contractors to ensure equipment is installed to specification.
• Build relationships with distributors to secure product availability in territory.
• Conduct Lunch and Learns to build product knowledge and relationships.
• Travel (60%) minimum in assigned territory as required.
• Report weekly on status and development of Viessmann product sales.
• Participate in sales meetings and product information seminars to present Viessmann effectively.
