Job summary

Green Life Science seeks an experienced Business Development Associate Director/Director to lead BD across the US East Coast. This hunter-focused role targets new opportunities, opening doors, and converting prospects into customers.

Responsibilities include managing full sales cycles, engaging with senior biotech/pharma stakeholders, and driving strategic accounts while collaborating with R&D, CMC, Operations and Marketing. Travel to meet clients is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development or sales within biotech/biopharma.
• Experience selling complex technical services to biotech/pharma customers.
• Established biopharma industry network and revenue growth track record.
• Willingness to travel within the US and internationally and travel-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive East Coast new business strategy.
• Prospect via databases, LinkedIn, conferences, referrals and networks.
• Lead meetings with senior decision-makers and present solutions.
• Coordinate proposals, negotiations and contracts through to closure.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and forecast with accuracy.
• Collaborate with R&D, CMC, Operations, PM, and Marketing.
