Job summary

ARTO, a US-based biologics and cell & gene therapy CDMO, is expanding its US commercial team with a brand-new business development seat on the East Coast. This truly hunter role will have you building your own pipeline through direct outreach to large pharma and virtual biotech, guiding opportunities from first contact to signed contracts.

You’ll join a close-knit, collaborative team and enjoy real autonomy while promoting end-to-end capabilities from development through finished product.

Qualifications

• A proven hunter who is comfortable with cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
• 5+ years in business development within a CDMO or CRO environment
• Experience selling biologics, cell & gene therapy or related manufacturing services
• Resilience: you keep going when the market is tough
• East Coast based, with flexibility on exact location

This is a true hunter role. You'll build your own pipeline through direct outreach, from large pharma to virtual biotech, and take opportunities from first conversation through to signed contracts. The team is close-knit and collaborative, and you'll have real autonomy.
