Honey Homes is seeking a Field Strategy & Operations Manager to lead the East Bay market from Lafayette, CA. You will manage handymen and AI-assisted workflows, driving visits, member communications, and performance dashboards.

Your role blends frontline leadership with AI-enabled process improvements to scale quality and service. You will coach in the field, review outputs, and expand autonomy for your team while maintaining hospitality and urgency in member interactions.

Competenze

• 3+ years of strategy, operations, or field management experience.
• Real people leadership: you've hired, coached, and held a team accountable.
• Hands-on familiarity with home maintenance and repair is a plus.
• Analytical instincts: you use data and dashboards to guide decisions.
• A hospitality mindset and genuine care for customers and teammates.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Lead the Lamorinda market, focused in Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Tri-Valley and Concord.
• Hire, coach, and lead a team of handymen, owning quality, retention, and culture.
• Run daily market operations with an AI toolkit: visit prep, member communication drafts, scheduling, dashboards.
• Review and verify agent output, and decide which workflows earn more autonomy over time.
• Own member experience in your market, including escalations, with hospitality and urgency.
• Partner with recruiting to maintain a proactive hiring pipeline.
• Use data to spot problems early and build playbooks that fix them permanently.
