Job summary

Honey Homes is hiring a Field Strategy & Operations Manager in Los Angeles to lead a handyman team and a parallel AI-assisted operations group. You will coach frontline staff, guide AI-driven visit prep, and oversee member communications, with an emphasis on quality and hospitality.

You will drive market performance, build playbooks, and expand coverage in the LA area while maintaining a strong customer-first ethos and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy, operations, or field management experience.
• Real people leadership: hire, coach, and hold a team accountable.
• Hands-on AI use with concrete results; experience building agents/workflows with tools like Claude.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead a team of handymen, owning quality and culture.
• Run daily market operations with an AI toolkit: visit prep, member communications, scheduling, dashboards.
• Review and verify agent output; decide which workflows earn more autonomy.
• Own member experience in your market, including escalations, with hospitality and urgency.
• Partner with recruiting to keep hiring pipeline ahead of growth.
• Use data to find problems early and build playbooks that fix them permanently.
