Honey Homes in Los Angeles seeks a Field Strategy & Operations Manager to steer our LA market, leading two teams—full-time handymen and AI-driven prep/draft tools. You will coach in driveways and ride-alongs, verify AI outputs, and raise standards through scalable playbooks.

This on-site role combines field leadership with office analytics to deliver a superior member experience. You’ll hire, coach, and manage quality and culture while using an AI toolkit to streamline scheduling,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, operations, or field management at startups or tech-forward companies.
• Proven people leadership with frontline or field teams.
• Hands-on AI usage with measurable results; experience building agents/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead a handyman team, owning quality, retention, and culture.
• Run daily market ops with an AI toolkit: visit prep, member communications, scheduling, dashboards.
• Review and verify agent output; decide which workflows earn more autonomy over time.
• Own member experience in your market, including escalations, with hospitality and urgency.
• Partner with recruiting to keep hiring pipeline ahead of growth; use data to improve playbooks.
