Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a senior field leadership professional to supervise superintendents and craft professionals on a major New Albany, OH project. You will direct craft activities, coordinate subcontract work, and drive toward on-time, on-budget completion while upholding Bechtel’s safety standards.

You will manage look-ahead planning, ensure resources, train teams, and enforce field policies to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring, and control.
• Familiar with using construction tools and equipment and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities, work schedules, and coordinate subcontract efforts.
• Ensure safety, compliance with project policies, and adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Review craft time records and monitor installation of materials/equipment per drawings and specs.
• Interface with labor relations for recruitment and training programs.
