Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Manager to support the New Albany, Ohio project. You will oversee field subcontractors, manage change orders, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project controls and engineers to keep subcontract work on schedule.

Responsibilities include reviewing subcontractor performance, handling payments, and enforcing Bechtel safety and QA standards on site. Strong communication and field leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 10–13 years of subcontract management experience.
• Experience managing complex subcontract scopes is desirable.
• Knowledge of Bechtel SWPPs and BSAPs.

Responsibilities

• Interface with multi-discipline building subcontractors and coordinate work.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule subcontractor work with Lead Superintendents and engineers.
• Validate installed quantities and process monthly payments.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance of subcontractors.
