Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Field Supervisor for a major New Albany, Ohio project. You will monitor subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities across multiple stakeholders, coordinating field staff to ensure schedules align and work methods are safely executed.

You will lead area execution, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulators. This role requires extensive on-site supervision and adherence to Bechtel policies.

Qualifications

• Area leadership to deliver safe, coordinated construction execution.
• Align civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and piping activities to priorities.
• Own lookaheads, productivity and critical path impacts; drive recovery actions.
• Set expectations and ensure QA/QC and HSE requirements are applied.
• Act as primary field interface with superintendents, engineering and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for jobsite operations with Bechtel, subcontractors and clients.
• Establish schedules, manning charts, and material/equipment requirements.
• Control jobsite expenditures within area for labor, equipment and services.
• Supervise personnel in area of responsibility.
• Maintain client relationships and regulatory compliance in area.
