Responsibilities

• Lead overall project direction with Project Superintendent.
• Manage prestart, buyout, and submittal processes to ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to align scope and budget.
• Prepare and present monthly cost and margin forecasts and project updates.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans.
