• Manages prestart process and supports preconstruction activities.
• Leads buyout, pricing, and subcontractor management.
• Manages submittal schedules and reviews shop drawings and samples.
• Gathers pricing, risk analysis, and change requests with stakeholders.
• Develops and updates project schedules and budgets; tracks costs.
• Leads meetings and reports project status and profitability.
• Interfaces with legal, risk management, and procurement as needed.
