Job summary

CRG is seeking a Talent Specialist in Kohler, WI to support end-to-end Early Talent recruiting for internships, co-ops, apprenticeships, and entry-level roles. You will screen candidates, evaluate qualifications, and maintain pipelines while coordinating interviews and candidate communications.

The role supports offers, onboarding, and hiring process activities, partnering with recruiters, HR, and TA Operations to meet objectives and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in talent acquisition; familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Screen internship, co-op, apprenticeship, and entry-level candidates for fit.
• Coordinate interviews and support early talent hiring events.
• Prepare and coordinate offer-related activities and candidate communications.
• Move candidates through recruiting systems and document workflow.
• Guide onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR, and TA Operations.
