Job summary

CRG is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives. This role will partner closely with hiring leaders to attract and engage top talent across various functions.

The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about creating a positive candidate experience. This opportunity is a contract position for approximately 2 months with the possibility of extension.

Work hours are onsite Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, retail, or similar environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting across departments.
• Source and screen qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication.
• Assist with talent pipeline development.
• Maintain candidate records in the system.
• Support recruiting operations and candidate experience.
• Provide updates and market feedback to stakeholders.
