Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related function, including Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for intern, co-op, and early careers full-time hiring across multiple functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and career services teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, define candidate profiles, and execute selection processes.
• Represent Johnson Controls at career fairs, campus events, information sessions, and networking programs.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting process with timely communication and positive experience.
• Leverage recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning.
• Support employer branding and early talent programs to enhance Johnson Controls' campus presence.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
