Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR or related experience including Talent Acquisition.
• Experience supporting recruiting, campus recruiting, internship programs, or workforce planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for internships, co-op, and early career full-time hiring across multiple business functions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and career services teams to strengthen long-term pipeline health.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, define candidate profiles, and execute selection processes.
• Represent Johnson Controls at career fairs, campus events, information sessions, and networking programs.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and support workforce planning.
• Support employer branding and early talent programs to enhance Johnson Controls’ presence on campus.
• Ensure recruiting activities follow employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices.
