Job summary

The TRIGO Group in Toledo, OH seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to recruit qualified people for mission-critical roles and to develop and maintain relationships with job stores, colleges, unemployment offices and employment resource centers.

You will manage full-cycle onboarding, post jobs, monitor resumes, coordinate with operations, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering timely staffing to support containment projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR/Recruiting, preferably in manufacturing/automotive.
• Client relationship building experience.
• Interviewing experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire qualified people for mission success.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources.
• Post openings via job postings, job fairs, social media, boards and newspapers.
• Market research average hourly wages in hiring areas.
• Build applicant sources by contacting community services, colleges, agencies, and social media.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and on-time staffing.
• Handle full cycle onboarding of new hires including orientation.
• Enter new hire information in company portals.
• Comply with Health & Safety laws and policies.
