Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Early Careers to guide internship, co-op, and new graduate hiring across multiple functions from its Glendale, Wisconsin headquarters. This remote US role may require travel for campus events.

You will partner with business leaders and university partners to develop diverse talent pipelines, lead full-cycle recruiting, and implement effective selection processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience including Talent Acquisition or similar.
• Experience supporting recruiting, campus recruiting, university relations, or internship programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and consult with hiring managers and business partners.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for intern, co-op, and early careers hiring across multiple functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and career services teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, define candidate profiles, and execute selection processes.
• Represent Johnson Controls at career fairs, campus events, information sessions, and networking programs.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting process with timely communication and positive experience.
• Leverage recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning.
• Support employer branding initiatives and early talent programs on campus.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
