Golden Gate Regional Center Inc is seeking a Social Worker for the Early Start program in San Rafael. The role includes conducting needs assessments for families with very young children, coordinating services, and advocating to ensure access to entitlements while supporting family strengths.

The position is hybrid, located in San Rafael with some community travel and potential remote work, and requires Spanish language capability preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in diverse/multilingual settings is required or preferred.
• Understanding of family services and client rights in Early Start.
• Familiarity with Medicaid Waiver and related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments for families with children 0–3.
• Develop action plans and coordinate community resources.
• Advocate for clients to ensure entitlement services and rights.
