Job summary

Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) is seeking a Social Worker for the Early Start Assessment program in Marin County. This hybrid role involves home visits, office work, and local travel within Marin, with a focus on coordinating eligibility, IFSP development, and family-centered services.

The position requires a Master’s in Social Work (or related) and at least 2+ years of experience with developmentally disabled populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work required or strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work with 1 year experience working with 0-36 month population required or related field.
• Experience working with developmentally disabled population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and families to collect social, emotional, developmental, and familial information for home-based assessment.
• Design, monitor and revise IFSP within state timeframes.
• Coordinate assessment team meetings and complete CDER reports.
