Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work with 1 year experience with 0–36 month population required.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial Early Start applicant assessments and home-based interviews.
• Coordinate eligibility determination timelines and IFSP development within required timeframes.
• Provide information and referrals, and assist families in linking to services.
