Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) is hiring a Bilingual Social Worker for its Early Start division. The role focuses on needs assessments, family service plans, and coordinating services for families with children aged 0-3.

Local and occasional statewide travel may be required, and fluency in Spanish is essential. The position offers a hybrid schedule with work from Marin County office and from home, aligning with program goals and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social welfare or related field is required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with infants/young children and case management is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments for clients aged 0-3 and develop Family Service Plans.
• Coordinate resources and referrals with families and community agencies.
• Travel within Marin County; possible statewide travel and reliable transportation.
• Advocate for clients to ensure entitlement services and rights are upheld.
• Prepare required reports and maintain accurate progress notes and records.
