Job summary

Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) is hiring a Bilingual Social Worker for the Early Start division in San Francisco. The role supports families with infants and toddlers, develops family service plans, and coordinates required services.

The position requires Spanish fluency, strong case management, and experience with multi-cultural settings. Hybrid work includes community site visits and remote work from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of social welfare or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
• Spanish fluency in reading and speaking required
• Experience in multi-cultural settings and/or multi-lingual capacity

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients/families to conduct needs assessments and develop action plans with community resources
• Coordinate referrals and monitor progress of services
• Provide intake and crisis management as needed
• Advocate for clients to ensure entitlement services and rights
