The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a store team member in Newton, MA to deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast, accurate checkout. You will help unload trucks, stock merchandise, maintain planograms, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Flexibility for long hours, weekends, and early shifts is essential. Ideal candidates bring retail or service experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and participate in omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, planogram, and merchandise recovery
• Perform store in stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs
