Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting shoppers.
• Execute pricing and signing on merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock to ensure availability of styles and sizes.
• Receive and unload merchandise and organize backroom stock.
• Maintain backroom standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Support omnichannel initiatives like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Implement merchandising plans to enhance the customer experience.
• Engage in continuous learning about products, processes, and safety.
