• Customer Service: assist customers and answer questions on the sales floor.
• Executes pricing and signing to update merchandise labels.
• Replenish and restock to ensure sizes and styles are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare backroom stock.
• Maintain backroom standards for safety and organization.
• Support omnichannel initiatives (Buy Online Pick up in Store, Ship from Store, returns).
• Execute merchandising plans to optimize product placement and store appearance.
