Job summary

You will handle backroom organization, unload merchandise, and support omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store, while learning store processes

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Early morning availability is required.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - assist customers and answer questions on the sales floor.
• Executes pricing and signing - update ticket prices and signage across merchandise.
• Replenish and restock the store to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise and organize backroom stock.
• Maintain backroom standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Contribute to Omnichannel initiatives including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Assist in Merchandise placement per leadership plans and standards.
• Engage in learning and training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, and productivity.
