The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for the Lafayette, CO area on a part-time morning shift. The role focuses on greeting members, answering questions, giving tours, and guiding families to Y offerings.

Shifts run 4:45am-9:00am, with +10% differential for opening shift and additional +10% for bilingual Spanish/English fluency. This role is part-time and year-round, offering early-start opportunities and a friendly sunrise work environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual for every shift.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Spanish proficiency preferred (extra pay differential).
• Intermediate computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes members and answers questions.
• Gives tours and helps families access Y offerings.
• Provides information and assists with program enrollment.
