YMCA is seeking a Member Service Representative to open our branch, greet members, and create a welcoming atmosphere. You will promote memberships, give tours, scan cards, and support teamwork while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes early morning hours (5:30am–11am) with potential weekend shifts, Light cleaning, and a chance to grow into coaching or supervisory responsibilities within a community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• > High school diploma or GED required.
• > Able to learn new programs quickly.
• > Must be able to stand for long periods.
• > Strong customer service and communication skills.
• > Bilingual helpful but not required.
