The Lafayette YMCA in Lafayette, CO is seeking a part-time Customer Relations Specialist to greet members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings. The role is 10-15 hours per week, year-round, with weekend coverage and occasional weekday shifts.

Compensation includes a +10% differential for opening shifts and an additional +10% for bilingual staff fluent in Spanish and English.

Salary Range: $15.16 - $15.16 Hourly

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.

Position is part-time 10-15 hours per week, year-round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the workforce or seeking a second job. We are looking for weekend coverage with an occasional shift during the week.

We offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Visual Acuity

The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.

Working Conditions

The worker is subject to noise: There is sufficient noise to cause worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level.
