Job summary

United Dairy Farmers, Inc. is looking for a Food & Beverage Lead for a first shift at Store 087 in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.

The Lead will supervise foodservice program execution, train staff, and ensure compliance with all policies, laws, and SOPs, including alcohol and tobacco sales requirements. This is an on-site, full-time position with a 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of foodservice programs, product offering, equipment and SOPs.
• Ability to train other associates on foodservice programs and store procedures.
• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate and stock foodservice areas safely and dated per SOPs.
• Prepare fresh condiments with correct foodservice dating procedures.
• Operate HTG Oven & HTG Warmer and ensure correct expiration times on all products.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice stock and availability Monday–Friday, 5AM-12PM.
• Provide outstanding service to guests following the Hi Five Guest Experience.
