Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Food safety certification subject to UDF/state regulations.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site foodservice area to ensure safe, clean, stocked conditions per SOPs.
• Assist store associates with foodservice knowledge to drive sales.
• Provide outstanding guest service following the The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Operate POS system for foodservice and general transactions.
• Maintain budgeting, records and temperature logs for food safety.
• Ensure proper food handling, dating and rotation of products.
