• Food Lead must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct sales including alcohol and tobacco.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area in the store.
• Follow The Hi Five Guest Experience five phases to serve guests.
• Ensure food safety by dating, storing, and rotating products.
• Train and supervise associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Operate POS and handle transactions including cash and credits.
