Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 107 in Cincinnati, OH. The role oversees foodservice, ensures compliance with SOPs, and drives sales while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience. It requires food safety knowledge and ability to supervise team members during the morning shift.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of foodservice programs, product offering and SOPs.
• Ability to train and guide store associates on foodservice programs.
• Legal eligibility to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill and oven, ensure proper dating and food safety.
• Maintain temperature logs for foodservice areas.
• Ensure product availability Mon-Fri, 5AM-12PM.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience during shifts.
• Operate POS and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Keep foodservice areas clean and well organized.
