Job summary

The Food & Beverage Lead at United Dairy Farmers, Store 076 in Cincinnati, OH, oversees a safe, clean foodservice area and drives foodservice sales. The role supports store operations and ensures compliance with food safety and alcohol/tobacco sales rules.

Shifts are Mon-Sat, 4am-12pm (5 days). Requires knowledge of foodservice programs, equipment, and SOPs, and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Retail/food service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 10–25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area per SOPs.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Prepare and stock food items, keep temperatures and logs up to date.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and superior customer service.
